Well I read the reviews on the Toaster and then I decided to buy it! I am very happy with this beautiful toaster and how well it works. My toast is perfect everytime and if I can start my day out with a perfect peice of toast and good coffee I am a happy camper! Reviews really lead the consumer in the right direction. I don't have this toaster but I have a Delonghi and it sucks. Uneven toasting and slow. With a name like Delonghi you would think it was made in Italy, it was made in China. Be caustious of these other reviews almost all of them are from people who have reviewed no other items.
