The couch looks good, but the corner piece was damaged, looks like it was dropped, the one corner totally smashed. It is not reversible since there is only drill holes for the arm rest on the right side not the left, I had to assemble it to the left. Bottom cushions are hard as a rock, no connector to hook the individual pieces together, sits very low.

When I placed this order I was concerned about quality and dilivery. Surprisingly - the quality was solid. Shipping was no issue. There was a delay with the shipping company, but that had nothing to do with the seller. I was very happy.

It arrived within 10 days, was very easy to assemble. I've had it for about 6 months and the couch construction is still solid. My one complaint is the cushions are not the best. After a few months of sitting on them, you'll wear depressions into them, some will be fluffed- others flattened. Still a good couch, but after a year or so, be prepared to replace the cushions. Overall, a nice, cheap couch.
