Purchased them to replace another pair of Shimanos.
Bad sizing. I ordered in same size as my previous pair. They were at least two sizes too big, and very very wide.
Have a funky lock on it. I can see its use, but without directions to unlock or set, it was a hindrance. A Google search produced no instructions. Not even from the manufacturer.

Did not include the clips for the shoes. Previous pair came with everything including directions.

Purchased mine from Zappos mainly because it was free return shipping. Glad I did that.

First they showed up the wrong size because the sizing chart offered by the company was totally off. Next, there were no directions on how to install the clips. Finally, the hardware was missing- no screws! I know all this because the guy at the bike shop sold me a really nice pair and did everything for me, for less money. Not to mention, I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to return them! Do yourself a favor- check out the bike shop first-
