I bought this highchair for my grand-daughter. When received, it was missing the crotch restraint. I contacted Evenflo customer service and they were very prompt in sending the part free of charge. The Evenflo replacements parts list is very complete and reasonablly priced. My daughter-in-law loves this chair and so does the little princess.

I bought two of these for my twin girls and I'm glad I decided on these. The only thing I don't like is they feel a little flimsy. Whatever position you put them in they move around a little. The do not move out of the position you put them in, they just aren't solid. Other than that I feel they are great for the price and I would recommend these to everyone!

When purchasing stuff for our little one, I review products extensively. After about two days of looking for a highchair, I found this one. It seemed the reviews were pretty good, and the price was right, so we ordered. As always, service from Amazon Prime is great! The chair is very easy to put together, maybe 10 minutes tops. But it was all downhill after that. The "locking"wheels don't do much. Seemed like everything was made of cheap plastic. And the fabric padding wasn't much padding at all. We were pretty disappointed. So we sent back. I ended up going to Babies R Us to look at them and found the Chicco Polly Cubes. It was easier to put together, make of better plastic and metal, and the padding is great! I was amazed at the difference in quality. Of course, it was more expensive, but we don't mind paying alittle more for our little guy. Hope this helps those looking.
