At 35 weeks pregnant, I easily put this together by myself. It's an extrememly sturdy, gorgeous piece of furniture. We did not purchase through amazon, so I cannot speak to their shipping practices. Specific to the changing table itself- a GREAT value. Even though it is 'furniture in a box', it doesn't look like it when assembled. It is a substantial piece of furniture. The changing pad (Serta organic countour) we bought fit perfectly and I'm excited to use it for years to come!

This is a good deal for the price. Check the dimensions prior to purchasing, it is larger than I expected based on the photo. This is easy to put together and seems sturdy, although we have not changed a baby on it. There is a lot of storage on the bottom two shelves and a divider on the top shelf to seperate changing area and area where you can have your supplies. The white is a 'cool' white, it's not antique and not really bright, we have all white trim and it matches very well.

This changing table is really beautiful and sturdy. It is quite a challenge to put together though, but once you get it all together it looks great and really is worth it for the price. We had purchased a changing table for half the price for our first child and the quality was poor and it wobbled after a few months. This one will hold up really well and feels like a solid piece once assembled.
