I bought two sets of these chairs at a reduced price to what Cozy Street had posted them at on Amazon previously. I figured they were now cheap enough to take a chance on since sending them back would be a huge pain in the neck. They were packaged well and in good condition, the color is a deep gold and the seats seem well padded. The problem I found is once they are assembled the legs are uneven with one leg on each chair short by 1/4th of an inch up to 1 inch on two chairs. There are screws on the bottom of each leg to adjust for slight rocking in case a chair leg is slightly shorter, these screws are not sturdy enough to adjust for 1 inch of missing leg length. I was pretty ticked off and sent an email to Cozy Street telling them the chairs are not safe or usable with the adjustment screw extended so far on one leg of every chair. I also told them I would call the manufacturer about how they can sell defective chairs to unsuspecting Amazon customers.

P.S.
This is an update to my review. The seller, Cozy Street was prompt in calling me back. He told me to loosen the screws in all four legs and have someone sit on the chair to get the seat level and all four legs evenly touching the floor and then tighten all the screws. He told me that this is how they balance these chair legs. I will give it a try and let you know how that works out. I would recommend measuring both front legs to make sure they are the same length before you begin assembly. Cozy Street furniture did say they would send more legs if the lengths did not match. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast they responded to my email. Seems like a lot of time could be saved if they included a note with the assembly instructions to let people know how to balance very uneven chairs.

I was prepared for some color variation, especially after reading the reviews, but these chairs looked NOTHING like the picture. They're medium brown, straight up. I put the chair back up to my dining room table, which is a mahogany color, to see if I could live with it and avoid the hassle of returning the chairs, but the browns clash so bad there's no way I can keep them. I knew I should have just ordered one set first to be safe...
They did arrive quickly, though.

well i bought 2sets of these chairs ,the color is very dark to what i saw in the picture.I needed the lighter color to go with decor,i'm gonna try to live with them.The bother of returning is just too much.
