This is my second popcorn machine. There is a lot to like with this machine. The kettle latches securely and the stirrer is direct drive from the motor. (my other machine had two meshing gears that often cammed out of engagement if there was any resistance on the stirrer.)

I was surprised how small the machine is. It's the size that was advertised, but much smaller than my other machine. I do have a bit of trouble with my popcorn scoop and a bowl getting together inside the machine.

My machine has plastic windows all around which was a bit of a disappointment. I prefer glass.

So far, I'm pretty happy with this popper.

Now it's May 31, 2011. I have popped many batches of popcorn with this machine. It works very well. I've had only one problem, the kettle power switch failed. I contacted the company and they sent me a new switch right away.

I would recommend this machine to anyone.

Popcornaholic in our home wanted a "real" popcorn maker with stanless steel...no teflon! Pops perfect amount for 1-2 people. Small enough to sit on our kitchen counter. A little difficult to add oil and popcorn but that may get better with experience. Good product for the price.
